About Community Resources Staten Island (CRSI)
Founded in 1953 by a group of dedicated parents, Community Resources Staten Island (CRSI) has grown into one of the borough’s most trusted and experienced providers of comprehensive services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or mental health diagnoses.

Guided by the belief that “what matters most is what you do with what you have,” our mission is to empower people of all ages and ability levels to reach their fullest potential. We are committed to helping individuals achieve greater independence, build meaningful lives, and fully participate as valued members of their communities.

A Lifetime of Support

CRSI offers a wide range of person-centered services designed to support individuals throughout every stage of life. Our programs include:

• Residential Services: 15 community residences (IRAs) and 5 supportive apartments

• Day Habilitation: Two locations – 3450 Victory Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10314 and 191 Port Richmond Ave, Staten Island, NY 10302

• Supplemental Day Habilitation & Recreation Programs

• Supported Employment & Employment Training Program

• Community Habilitation

• Family Support & Services

• Vocational Training & Employment Programs
